LEGAL EXPENSES
The contract between the Agency and IP(s). The contract between IP(s) and Surrogate. Pre-birth order. Legal agreement between the Egg Donor and IP(s). Assistance with the documents required for the baby’s travel document.
FERTILITY CLINIC EXPENSES
Expenses related to IVF, embryo transfers, required medications for ovarian stimulation and endometrium growth, IVF-ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification & storage are not included in the package. Each medical procedure must be covered by the Intended Parents directly at the Fertility Clinic
PREGNANCY & DELIVERY
Non-medical expenses, like coordination of the journey with the OBGYN are covered by the program. However, expenses related to prenatal care and delivery in a maternity house (including c-section), hospitalization & bed rest, as well as newborn insurance are not covered by the package. You will be charged additionally according to the provided price list.
POSSIBLE RISKS
Compensation for miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, loss of an organ, hysterectomy, and termination of pregnancy must be covered by the Intended Parents.
